Judaism

Introduction:   Judaism represents a major turning point in religion.  Its origins marked a turn from polytheistic traditions to a monotheistic religion.  Judaism is also significant in that Christianity and Islam share the common patriarch, Abraham.  Throughout it's history Judaism has evolved into a religion that has constantly struggled for respect and access to its Holy Land, the modern state of Israel.
