If you are interested in transferring to the College of William & Mary and are looking for more information about the process, attend one of our Prospective Transfer Days. These are special days just for prospective transfer students to meet W&M students and staff and ask questions about the campus community and application process. You are welcome to attend any one of our regular information sessions and tours; however, the regular information sessions are geared towards high school students. We hope that you can attend!

There are three Prospective Transfer Days in the fall:

Friday, September 18, 2009
Friday, October 16, 2009
Friday, November 6, 2009 

The program is from 1:45 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Prior to the program's start, those interested in eating lunch with a Transfer Student Ambassador can do so at 12:30. Lunch may be on or off-campus (but within walking distance) and visitors must pay for their own lunch. Anyone wishing to take part in this optional activity must register for the event and lunch at least two weeks in advance.

Schedule of Events:

1:00 - 1:45 Registration

1:45 – 3:15 Walking tour of Campus
The tour will be given by a current W&M student. Wear comfortable shoes!

3:15 – 4:00 Transfer Admission Information Session
Given by one of the transfer counselors

4:00 - 4:45 Faculty & Student Panel
QandA with professors and Transfer Student Ambassadors

At the program's conclusion, transfer admission counselors, a transfer academic advisor, a transfer credit coordinator, a financial aid officer, and a dean of students will be available to answer questions
