Summer Scholarships:

Charles Center Summer Scholarship Data Submission Form

Thank you for submitting your information online by 12:00 noon on Friday, March 20 (unless your scholarship application has a later due date). This will help the Charles Center staff to process the applications much more quickly. You must also submit the required number of hard copies of each application to the Charles Center by the 12:00 noon March 20 deadline.

If you are applying for multiple scholarships with the same project proposal, we need to have that information in our database. After you complete and submit the form once (choosing one option in the "scholarship" category), hit the back button until you reach this page again, select the name of the next scholarship, and hit the submit button again. Repeat until you've submitted information for each of the scholarships you're applying for.
