Teachers Helping Teachers Integrate Technology into the Classroom

EVALUATION

After making connections over the Internet with teachers and resources and filling out the Resources Guide, you are now ready to share this information with others. You may share with your classmates in a small group, in a class presentation, or through an online presentation. This presentation can be formal or informal. The idea behind sharing what you have learned is that you are now the teacher helping other teachers. You can educate your classmates on the valuable resources/connections on the Internet to help preservice teachers as they think about how they will integrate technology into their future classrooms.

During your informal or formal presentation, you will share:

  • the connections you made including people and websites
  • the resources you gained from these connections
  • the effectiveness of these resources in helping you find out information
  • a few of the activities you plan to incorporate into your classroom literacy curriculum

As you begin to plan your presentation for other preservice teachers in your class, use the presentation guide below to help you organize the components you will need to address before, during, and after your presentation.
