Performance Management in an Environment of Uncertainty
A spouse’s job loss, college savings lost in market fluctuations or feelings of loss of control can cause an employee to behave differently.  It’s at times like this that a manager should be able to identify specific employee performance issues that may be a consequence of societal stressors and know how apply best practices in performance management to both support the employee and continue the work of the College.  This 90 minute program is designed for supervisors and managers.
