His research interests include aid allocation and the environmental metrics. Michael J. Tierney is Director of International Relations and Assistant Professor of Government at the College of William and Mary. He received his PhD from UCSD in 2003. His interests include international organizations, IR theory, political economy of development, and institutions. He has written numerous articles and book chapters applying agency theory to cases in international relations. |
Operational Staff
| Jessica L. Sloan is Associate Director of the Institute for the Theory and Practice of International Relations and the Project Manager for Project-Level Aid. She is currently pursuing an MA in International Affairs from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. Ms. Sloan comes to the project after several years working on international and environmental issues at the United Nations, World Bank, and United States Environmental Protection Agency. |
