Oct. 30 Lecture: De-Constructing the Constitution
Jay Alan Sekulow, chief counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice, will present a talk titled "De-Constructing the Constitution: Privacy, Security, and the State in the 21st Century" on Tuesday, Oct. 30, at the Law School. Admission is free and all are welcome.
Sekulov has been involved in several landmark Supreme Court cases, such as
Mergens,
Lamb's Chapel , and
McConnell v. FEC . He has twice been named, in 1994 and again, in 1997, to the
National Law Journal's list of the country's "100 Most Influential Lawyers." He was named to
Time Magazine's 2005 list of the country's "25 Most Influential Evangelicals."
