The William and Mary Student Organization for Medical Outreach and Sustainability (SOMOS) continues to set the bar for volunteer civic engagement activities sponsored through the College. The organization, formerly known as the William and Mary Medical Mission Corps, presented a video documentary of its 2007 trip to the College's Board of Visitors that details its strategy, its commitment to service-learning concepts and its ambition toward sustainability. The video also presents compelling scenes from inside the medical clinic as well as from the extended community.  View the video.
