William and Mary’s new Jimmye Laycock Football Center will be open to the public Sunday, June 29 from 2 to 5 p.m.

Refreshments will be available and members of the athletic department will lead tours of the building, which is located at the northwest corner of Zable Stadium. Admission is free.

Named for the Tribe’s long-time football coach, the $11-million center provides a state-of-the-art home for meeting rooms, coaches offices, team and coaches lockers, an athletic training room, equipment storage areas, and administrative support areas – as well as an entrance that will eventually include an area dedicated to the program’s rich history.
