Participate in a wide variety of dynamic fitness classes at the FitWell Studio located in William & Mary Hall. Classes are designed for beginning, intermediate, and advanced exercisers. Join us throughout the year for Yoga, Kickboxing, Hip-hop, Pilates, Cycle Reebok, A.B.S. and much more! You may print off a copy of the schedule here, or feel free to stop by the Student Rec center or the FitWell studio to pick up a copy. |
