Relationship Checklist

Are you unsure if your relationship is healthy? Answer the following questions honestly. Does the other person in the relationship:

  1. Display inappropriate levels of trust or intimacy?
  2. Act excessively jealous?
  3. Get angry when you spend time with anyone else?
  4. Isolate you from your friends or family?
  5. Abuse drugs or alcohol?
  6. Often use abusive language or behavior toward others?
  7. Use abusive language or behavior toward you?
  8. Withhold love or affection?
  9. Lie or accuse you of lying?
  10. Ask you to change your beliefs or values?
  11. Pressure you to engage in sexual activity?
  12. Objectify or degrade you or others?
  13. Cheat on you with other people?
  14. Not take responsibility for his/her actions?
  15. Display anger or rage towards other people?
  16. Lash out at you when he/she is angry or stressed?
  17. Blame you for how he/she is feeling?
  18. Make all of the decisions in the relationship?
  19. Rely on you for all of their support?
  20. Hit, push, slap, or violence towards you?
