Graduate School Off-Campus Guide (PDF)
A 67 page guide, this encompasses many of the aspects of off-campus living and covers many situations that graduate students find themselves in. Note: Some of the housing suggestions may only apply to graduate students and may only be available through the graduate schools.

Virginia Resident Landlord and Tenant Act (PDF)
This File is the actual text of the act passed by the state legislature as regards to landlords and tenants in the State of Virginia. An excellent source to refer back to if any issue arises between your landlord and yourself.

Williamsburg Area Transport - William and Mary Bus Schedule (PDF)
This is a electronic version of the brochure that the Williamsburg Area Transport provides to students that contains information regarding times, locations and frequency of stops on and around the campus of the College.

Sample Lease (DOC)
This file is in Microsoft Word format and is a sample lease compiled from a number of typical leases from nearby landlords and apartment complexes. It is a sample though, and may not be an accurate representation of the lease that you may be offered or may sign.
