Audition Information

Welcome, and thanks for your interest in the William and Mary Choir, Women's Chorus, and Botetourt Chamber Singers. Below you will find information from Dr. Armstrong on his audition process. The Choir meets in Ewell 151 every MWF from 3:30-5:30. Please follow these links for more information about the choir:

The information below is for the 2009-2010 Academic Year, please check back for updates about next year's auditions.

Auditions for the W&M Choir (MUSC E04), Women's Chorus (MUSC E05) and Botetourt Chamber Singers (MUSC E07) will be held from Sunday, August 23 through Thursday, August 27. Signups and further information about the choral program will be posted in the Music Building (Ewell Hall) outside the choral rehearsal room (Ewell 151). The eight-minute audition will consist of vocalization, sight reading and a short conversation about your background and interest in music. You are not required to prepare an audition piece but are welcome to perform a piece of your choosing.
