Meetings
The new schedule for HCO is a four
week rotation.
Week #1:
Cena at 6pm in Lodge 1
Meeting at 7pm in
Week #2: Preparando
la Cena
We will prepare and eat cena in Spanish in a location
TBA weekly. The fee to pay for ingredients is $3 in cash. Think about it
though, it’s a meal somewhere other than the UC!
To take part, you must RSVP to Maja
(mxloja) by TUESDAY before the cena to let her know
your name and that you intend to come. This helps us buy the right amount of
ingredients.
Week #3:
Same
as Week #1
Week #4: Social Event
On the fourth week in the rotation we will arrange a
social gathering like a treasure hunt, a trip to Baskin Robbins, or some other
secret adventure for HCO. Stay tuned for the fun!
April 15, 2009: Last Meeting of the
Year :( – Week #3

CENA: Yes!
This could be the most important meeting of the year,
and to make sure that you’re in on it, we’ll be having free pizza for members!
On Wednesday we will be having Eboard elections, as
well as voting on the t-shirt design. Please come with an idea of whether or
not you have the $8 to buy a t-shirt, because we will be placing orders that
night so that I can order them on Thursday (the 2nd). The shirts will be kelly
green, and they are standard cotton shirts.
Elections are super important! Take some ownership in
who will be leading the club next year!! Oh yea, and PIZZA!
