The confernece is run entirely by members of the W&M International Relations Club. Each year we draw over 1500 student delegates who take part in a wide variety of simulations and committees. Question: Why does the club require members to help with WMHSMUN and WMIDMUN?
Answer: WMHSMUN and WMIDMUN are large events which require an equally large staff to help them run smoothly. We ask that all members help with these two events so that we can provide the delegates with the best possible experiance. These two events are also our largest fundraisers of the year and help pay for you to attend MUN conferences around the world. It is only fair that you help staff with these events if you intend on participating in conferences.
