TROPICAL CHOCOLATE CANDIES
- What you need:
- 3/4 cup raisins (U.C.)
- 3/4 cup banana chips (U.C.)
- 1 1/2 cups (approx.) of your favorite chocolate (broken up)
- A pot, a largish bowl that fits into the pot, a stove, and a fridge.
- What you do:
- 1. Fill the pot with about 2-3 inches of water, depending on its depth. Bring the
water to boil. Remove from heat.
- 2. Carefully put the bowl into the pot, making sure not to allow any water to enter
the bowl.
- 3. Put the chocolate pieces into the bowl. Stir constantly until melted. If necessary,
return the pot to the stove if you need a little more heat.
- 4. Stir raisins and bananas into the gooey chocolate.
- 5. Spoon individual dollops onto a plate, and refrigerate until set.
- 6. Lick remaining chocolate from bowl.
NOTE: Exposing the chocolate to too high a temperature could lead to scalding.
This would be a disaster.
