TROPICAL CHOCOLATE CANDIES

What you need:
What you do:
1. Fill the pot with about 2-3 inches of water, depending on its depth. Bring the water to boil. Remove from heat.
2. Carefully put the bowl into the pot, making sure not to allow any water to enter the bowl.
3. Put the chocolate pieces into the bowl. Stir constantly until melted. If necessary, return the pot to the stove if you need a little more heat.
4. Stir raisins and bananas into the gooey chocolate.
5. Spoon individual dollops onto a plate, and refrigerate until set.
6. Lick remaining chocolate from bowl.
NOTE: Exposing the chocolate to too high a temperature could lead to scalding. This would be a disaster.
