			Philanthropy

Kappa Delta has four national philanthropies, the most of any NPC sorority: Girl Scouts of America, Prevent Child Abuse America, the Children's Hospital in Richmond, Virginia, and Orthopaedic Research Awards.

Each spring, the sisters of Alpha Pi host their Shamrock Event, Campus Golf. KDs are very proud that
Campus Golf is the largest Greek philanthropy on campus!
Last spring we raised over $10,000 dollars! Twenty percent of the proceeds go to Prevent Child Abuse America; the remaining 80% is donated to Avalon, a local shelter in Williamsburg.
