Gay Student Support Group
Meets every Monday night that (undergrad) school is in session, 9-9:45 pm in
the Catacombs student lounge under St. Bede’s Church on Richmond Road
(next to the Alumni House). This group has no official link to the college,
but it is facilitated by gay faculty or staff person.

Wilma and Mary (Lesbian Reading Group)
A group devoted to the reading of lesbian fiction. Its goals are to provide
a socially and intellectually enjoyable environment for lesbians and lesbian
friendly people and to promote lesbian visibility of campus.

Safe Zone
The purpose of the Safe Zone program is to reduce homophobia on our campus and
thereby make our campus a safer and freer environment for all members of the
community, regardless of sexual orientation. This goal is achieved by equipping
faculty, staff, and students to serve as a resource for people seeking clarification
about issues of sexual diversity.
