Dr. John Foubert has served as a student affairs administrator at the University of Richmond, the University of Maryland, and the University of Virginia. In 2002 he was appointed to his current position at the College of William and Mary, where he teaches in the graduate program in Higher Education Administration and advises William and Mary's One in Four chapter.

Dr. Foubert is also the founder and national president of One in Four, a national rape prevention program focusing on male college students.

He is the author of "The Men's Program: How to Successfully Lower Men's Likelihood of Raping," and has published numerous studies about rape prevention. Since 1993 his work has been used by countless universities, state health departments, the U.S. Naval Academy, other military units, rape crisis centers, police departments, and correctional facilities to educate men about rape.

Dr. Foubert holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the College of William & Mary, an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Richmond, and a Ph.D. in College Student Personnel Administration from the University of Maryland, College Park.
