He just came back from England. But what’s the deal with people who come back from Europe? All of a sudden they’re beer experts because they spent a month overseas? Does me spending a week in Mexico City make me an expert on burritos? Well, probably, it would. But it’s not the same with beer. Simply because you have had Guinness served piping hot doesn’t mean that you know everything there is to know about beer. Now, my ranting aside, Alan’s not like that at all. But he is tall, and he likes his beer cold, now there’s a true American.
