Proofs:

You may request a proof of your ad no later than 24 hours after the deadline. Proofs will be sent electronically unless other arrangements are previously made.

Discount:

Advertisers receive a ten percent discount with the purchase of a yearly contract (5 issues). This allows the advertiser to place the same size ad in each issue. Advertisers may receive a fifteen percent discount with the purchase of a yearly contract for the same ad to appear in all 5 issues. William and Mary student organizations receive a thirty percent discount per ad.

Submitting an Ad:

Ad design:

The Virginia Informer accepts camera ready ads. For an additional $10 per ad ($25 for a yearly contract) the Informer will design your ad. Our experienced design staff will create an ad tailored to your request and send it to you for approval. If you do not approve of the ad, we will design another! Email vainfo@wm.edu.

Rates:

The deadline for the yearly contracts has passed since there are only four remaining issues.

Terms of Advertising:

All advertising is subject to approval by The Virginia Informer. Errors are not the responsibility of The Virginia Informer if the ad has been self-submitted or if it has been approved by the advertiser. Advertisers can request page placement but it will not be guaranteed. All other instances of errors and requests of adjustments must be made within one week of publication.

Spot color may be added to any size ad for an additional $50. This option is only available for back page ads. To purchase spot color for a yearly contract please contact our Assistant Editor in Cheif.
