WMAS Newsletter #23
"Define killing without
reason."
-- Tina, brandishing a knife and looking in my
direction while writing the newsletter.
And thus we embark on a jaunt down into new levels of
uncontrolled paranoia. Yes, folks, the Killer game has
begun and, if you're reading this. You just might be a
victim (This means you.) An air of tension has fallen over
the writers of the newsletter who are currently on opposite sides
of the room passing the keyboard back and forth. Even as I
returned a tape to Tina, she opted to check it for any contact
poisons or explosives.
The current rankings and teams can be found in the Presentation
Hall on the WMAS homepage. Don't
forget to buy your weapons and print out your death
certificates. And to those of you with spells, don't forget
to take your vitamin C.
This week we watched Escaflowne (big surprise folks, it
ends on a cliff-hanger every week, so, of course we want to see
more), Utena (this year's winner of the "What the
Hell!?!" award), and Giant Robo (gotta love the
Expert of Justice communicator hidden in the sake bottle.)
Good hunting, folks. And watch your backs. ^_-
Quasi-Trivia Questions:
Last Week's Answers
Easy Question: Ami has a higher IQ. This is mostly a
technicality because Washu's score on an IQ test came out as a
value of i.
Hard question: Minmei. No. Just kidding folks. There
were several answers to this one. The easiest answer is
Ranma Saotome who fits the bill for both the best male and
female anime babe of all time.
This Week's Questions:
Easy Question: Who's more evil: Megatron or Galvatron
(Come on guys, Transformers, it's a classic, though not
strictly anime)?
Hard Question: What is the best way to kill Yakumo from 3x3
Eyes. (Feel free to be very creative on this
one.)
