Camille Mireku started her dance career at Creative Expressions in East Orange, New Jersey at the age of 3. After six years, she then studied with Alfred Gallman at Newark School of the Arts in Newark, New Jersey. Her 2003 acceptance to Stoneleigh-Burnham School in Greenfield, Massachusetts gave her the opportunity to dance and travel with the Dance Performance Project under the direction of Ann Sorvino until graduating in 2007. She currently performs with the College of William and Mary’s Orchesis Dance Company.
