| During the Archaeology Month dig, seven additional test units (shaded bright green) were excavated. Five 1 x 1 meter (about 3.3 feet square) units were placed in a line on the west side of the house, following the outbuilding foundation uncovered this summer in Test Unit 2 (shaded brown). A smaller (0.5 meter square) unit revealed the northwest corner of the outbuilding. A 1 x 1 meter unit also was dug near the location of the eastern outbuilding. | ||
